UH-GAF are looking to hire a PR Office to help formulate the university PR plans and strategies

Job Description

– Formulate PR plans and strategies.

– Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels (GAF and UH).

– protect our corporate image in ways that promote our business values and mission.

– Responsible for maintaining media relations and collaborating with marketing teams in promotional activities.

– Ensure both GAF and UH brand image is positively reflected in the market.

– Create partnership opportunities with youthful events that are taking place in the market to create awareness about UH-GAF.

– Manage media in news portals and media channels from the PR standpoint.

– Create sponsorship opportunities for UH-GAF with potential partnerships that promote UH-GAF brand name.

– Responsible for internal PR of the Professors and Deans to capitalize on their experience, conference, and events that they represent.

– Keep a constant workflow with internal stakeholders from UH departments

– Write press releases, speeches, and other PR copy.

– Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences, etc. from a PR standpoint.

– Support the implementation of promotional plans

– Present solutions in times of PR crisis

– Responsible for execution of all CSR and partnership programs to promote the UNI as an active corporate citizen.

General Responsibilities

Requirements

· BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism, or a relevant field.

· 5-7 years of experience in public relations and sponsorship.

· Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and initiatives.

· Experience in copywriting and editing.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

· Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

· Enthusiasm and self-driven character.

· Dynamic and independent.
